Performance Advertising Specialist – Role Overview

At Lotus Digital, performance advertising is not about “running ads”—

We are looking for a Performance Advertising Specialist who understands both the
science of data and the art of persuasion. Someone who can look beyond clicks and
impressions and focus on leads, revenue, and ROI.

You’ll work closely with SEO strategists, designers, CRO specialists, and sales teams
to build full-funnel paid campaigns for local businesses, service-based B2B companies,
D2C brands, and global clients. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in
fast-moving startup environments and enjoy owning results end-to-end.

Job Description

As a Performance Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning,
executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
You will manage budgets with accountability, test creatives and landing pages systematically,
and use data to continuously improve performance.

This role demands strong execution skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding
of how paid media fits into the broader digital growth ecosystem—especially in an
AI-driven marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn Ads (for B2B lead generation)
    • Retargeting & remarketing platforms
  • Design full-funnel ad strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) aligned with business goals
  • Translate client objectives into scalable paid media frameworks

Optimization & Performance Management

  • Continuously monitor campaign metrics: CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates
  • Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and placements for efficiency
  • Run A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively solve them

Data, Tracking & Analytics

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and server-side tracking
  • Analyze performance using dashboards and reports
  • Use insights to guide creative, audience, and budget decisions
  • Work closely with CRO and analytics teams to improve post-click performance

Creative & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with UI/UX and Graphic Designers to develop high-converting creatives
  • Guide copywriting direction based on audience intent and funnel stage
  • Ensure ad messaging aligns with landing page experience and brand voice

AI & Automation Adoption

  • Use AI tools for:
    • Audience research and segmentation
    • Ad copy ideation and creative testing
    • Performance forecasting and trend analysis
  • Leverage automation, scripts, and smart bidding while maintaining human oversight

Client & Internal Communication

  • Prepare clear, insight-driven performance reports
  • Explain results in business terms, not just metrics
  • Participate in strategy discussions with internal teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Proven experience with both B2B and B2C clients
  • Experience working in a digital agency or high-growth startup environment
  • Managed monthly ad budgets with clear ROI accountability

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
  • Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO principles

Strategic & Analytical Skills

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret trends and insights
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and buying psychology
  • Ability to balance experimentation with performance stability

AI-Era Mindset

  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance efficiency—not replace strategy
  • Curious about emerging ad formats, platforms, and automation trends
