UI/UX Designer – Job Description

We design digital experiences for local businesses, service-based B2B companies, B2C brands, and global clients. That means our UI/UX work must be intuitive, scalable, conversion-focused, and adaptable across industries and audiences.

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll be involved from problem definition to final execution. You’ll work closely with SEO specialists, developers, performance marketers, and strategists to design websites and digital products that are not only visually refined but also aligned with user intent, business goals, and data insights.

This role is ideal for designers who understand layout systems, user journeys, and design consistency, and who want to evolve in an AI-enabled, startup agency environment where experimentation and learning are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

UI Architecture & Design Systems

• Design scalable UI structures for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms
• Create and maintain layout grids, spacing systems, and visual hierarchies
• Develop reusable design components to ensure consistency across projects
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation

UX Research & User Behaviour

• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive user flows
• Design wireframes and prototypes that reduce friction and improve usability
• Apply UX best practices for both B2B (logic-driven journeys) and B2C (emotion-driven journeys)
• Continuously improve designs using feedback, analytics, and user behaviour data

Conversion-Focused Design

• Design landing pages and interfaces optimised for lead generation and engagement
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to support CRO initiatives
• Understand how CTA placement, copy hierarchy, and visual structure impact conversions
• Iterate designs based on A/B testing insights and performance data

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

• Work closely with SEO teams to ensure search-friendly layouts and content placement
• Coordinate with WordPress and Laravel developers for feasible, scalable designs
• Participate in project discussions to align design with timelines and technical constraints
• Present design rationale clearly to internal teams and stakeholders

AI-Assisted Creative Workflows

• Use AI tools to support ideation, mood boards, layout exploration, and concept validation
• Apply AI responsibly to automate repetitive tasks while preserving human creativity
• Stay updated with emerging AI design tools and evolving UX trends
• Adapt design approaches as user expectations evolve with AI-driven experiences

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Design Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in a digital agency or startup
• Strong portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, or product design projects
• Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across industries
• Exposure to global clients or international design standards is a plus

Tools & Technical Understanding

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Ability to design with development feasibility in mind

AI & Modern Design Mindset

• Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted design or ideation tools
• Understanding of how AI influences user behaviour and interface expectations
• Willingness to continuously evolve design approaches in a fast-changing ecosystem
